EDWARD ROOM
Set on the ground floor overlooking rows of raised beds, where organic vegetables destined for your plate are grown, the Edward Room is a spacious retreat defined by its high ceilings and serene atmosphere. Tall windows facing north, east, and south fill the room with soft natural light throughout the day. The king-size bed is tucked beneath a rich oriental canopy, evoking the intimate elegance of an opulent tent. The Edward room features Jnane Tamsna's signature decor evoking a true feeling of being a guest in someone's elegant holiday home. On one side of the fireplace, bookshelves offer a thoughtful selection of English and French titles—perfect companions for a quiet afternoon. On the other, a series of tropical animal paintings introduces a playful yet sophisticated design element.
THAÏS ROOM
The Thaïs room is a bright and colorful haven of elegance. Its bathroom has high ceilings and dark pink tadelakt (traditional Moroccan polished plaster) walls, a quintessential material in Moroccan architectural tradition. A set of photos add to the sense of being in a salon bath or boudoir. With walls painted a sunny yellow, high ceilings and tall windows, the Thaïs room is filled with natural light. A large Suzani textile is hung as a baldachin over the bed. These intricately hand-embroidered tribal textiles originated in Central Asia, with deep roots along the ancient Silk Road. Meryanne has collected various suzani fabrics over the years, making them a quintessential part of Jnane Tamsna's signature design style.
