The joint menu features a selection of locally roasted coffees, teas and homemade bar snacks, with a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Order poolside, shaded by palm fronds and cabana umbrellas. Or lounge indoors and sip a botanical cocktail with a selection from our personal library. The Jnane Tamsna library is a collection of gifts, personal favorites, and diverse titles we amassed throughout the years. Our playlists, curated by musician and co-owner Thaïs, add a sonic touch to our signature atmosphere.
Order a refreshing juice and a delicious snack to be enjoyed poolside, shaded by date palms and elegant parasols. Or lounge indoors and sip a botanical cocktail as you pick out the perfect book from our eclectic library. Our shelves boast a rich blend of gifts, personal favorites, and diverse titles we amassed over time, having hosted countless authors over the past couple decades.
The bar menu includes a selection of Moroccan wines. We also offer botanical cocktails, mocktails, and fresh juices. The former is infused with medicinal herbs from our garden. The Al khouzama sling features a lavender, a natural stress reliever. Elsewhere on the menu, the bisap tonic has a gin infused with the antioxidant-boosting hibiscus flower, an homage to the founder's Senegalese roots. The Lwiza gimlet has a digestion supporting lemon verbena infused vodka.
Our café features a selection of locally roasted coffees and teas and homemade bar snacks. All coffees are roasted here in Marrakech by Bloom Coffee, with carefully selected beans from Latin America and Africa. Our teas are sourced from Wright Teas, one of the oldest luxury Moroccan tea brands featuring flavors from around the world.
